Terms of use
Access to the horizon-connect.fr website and use of Horizon Connect services implies unreserved acceptance of these terms of use (ToU).
1. Purpose
Horizon Connect provides a SaaS service for automation, scheduling and content analysis for social networks. These ToU define the conditions for using the site and platform.
2. Service access
The service is accessible 24/7, except for scheduled maintenance or force majeure. Horizon Connect strives to guarantee continuous platform availability.
3. Account creation
Registration requires accurate information (name, first name, email address, password). The user undertakes to keep their information up to date and to preserve the confidentiality of their credentials.
4. Responsible use
You agree not to misuse the service, to respect the terms of use of connected social networks and not to inject illegal content (defamation, hatred, spam or any infringement of third-party rights).
5. Technical requirements
Using Horizon Connect requires an Internet connection and an up-to-date browser. Horizon Connect cannot be held responsible for malfunctions related to the user's hardware or software environment.
6. Intellectual property
The service, interfaces, texts, illustrations and trademarks remain the exclusive property of Horizon Connect. The user only has a personal and non-exclusive right of use.
7. Duration and termination
The subscription is concluded for the duration chosen at the time of subscription and is tacitly renewed. Either party may terminate at any time in accordance with the conditions provided in the customer area.
8. Liability
Horizon Connect implements all necessary means to ensure a reliable service. However, Horizon Connect's liability cannot be engaged in the event of indirect damage related to the use of the service. The user remains responsible for the content published on their own social accounts.
9. Personal data
The processing of personal data is detailed in the privacy policy.
10. Applicable law
These ToU are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing amicable resolution, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
