We only collect information necessary for the provision of the service: name, first name, professional email address, profile photo (optional), editorial preferences and content you share with the platform.

• Creation of your user space and access to automation features.
• Generation of content adapted to your editorial line.
• Service usage tracking and continuous improvement.
• Sending notifications related to scheduled publications and product updates.

4. Legal basis

Data processing is based on the execution of the contract concluded when you subscribe to a subscription, as well as Horizon Connect's legitimate interest in improving the service.

5. Retention period

Data is retained for the duration of your subscription then archived for 12 months to meet legal and contractual obligations, unless you request otherwise.

6. Recipients

Data is intended for Horizon Connect and its technical subcontractors located in the European Union (hosting, analytics, support). No commercial transfer is made.

7. Your rights

8. Security

We implement technical (encryption, access audit, backups) and organizational measures to secure your data, in accordance with the principle of minimization.
